How often should I get a massage?
Frequency depends on your goals. For pain management or injury recovery, we recommend weekly sessions. For relaxation or maintenance, every 2–4 weeks is ideal.
Do you accept insurance?
We currently do not accept insurance, but we proudly accept HSA and FSA cards.
We also offer packages of 5 session that reduce the cost per session.
Can massage therapy help with chronic pain or neuropathy?
Yes. When combined with our regenerative medicine and neuromodulatory therapies, massage can improve circulation, decrease nerve tension, and support natural healing processes.
What should I expect during my first visit?
You’ll complete a short wellness intake form, discuss your symptoms and goals with your therapist, and receive a customized treatment plan. Comfort, communication, and your well-being are always our priority.
How long is a massage session?
You can choose between 30, 60 or 90 minutes, including a brief evaluation to customize pressure, focus areas, and treatment goals.
